LOOKA Tearoom & Kissaten

(Looka Tearoom Permanent Closed on May 2024) Last month, our team had the opportunity to explore the top ten recommended attractions in Negeri Sembilan. During our journey back to Kuala Lumpur, we chanced upon a hidden European-style gem — LOOKA Tearoom & Kissaten, an English tearoom nestled in a tranquil setting. This charming, distinctive, and peaceful tearoom provides patrons with an intimate and delightful afternoon tea experience. 

The tearoom's ambiance is truly unique, featuring a warm retro atmosphere heightened by a festive Christmas spirit, delighting every visitor with unexpected pleasures.

Within this serene space, indulging in delectable English black tea and exquisite British desserts creates a sense of being transported to a more leisurely era. The tearoom boasts a diverse selection of culinary delights, including irresistible cakes, classic Scones, Sourdough bread, pour-over coffee, English black tea, and main dishes. Additionally, from 1 pm to 4 pm, they offer an enticing afternoon tea set for two at a reasonable price of only RM85.

LOOKA Tearoom goes beyond being just an English tearoom; it serves as the discreet powerhouse of a music school, providing courses in piano, violin, guitar, drums, ukulele, vocals, and more. As shared by the tearoom owner, they will remain open during the Christmas season. In contrast to the bustling Christmas atmosphere in the city and shopping malls, this venue is ideally suited for hosting an intimate and heartwarming Christmas gathering with friends and family.
