Rumah Gadang Budi

Rumah Gadang Budi, located in the village of Kampung Gagu, stands as a traditional wooden house belonging to the Minangkabau royal dynasty. It beautifully showcases the original architectural artistry of Minangkabau and is a must-visit landmark when exploring Kuala Klawang.

This century-old wooden house was originally constructed in Seri Menanti, Gunung Pasir. Remarkably, upon relocation to Kampung Gagu, it retained its primary architectural integrity without any compromise, and the house itself stands robust and resilient, having been constructed entirely without the use of nails.
